A well maintained and fully charged 12V heavy duty deep cycle battery should hold it's charge for months, possibly even a year before requiring maintenance and a recharge. Loud 120db Siren (A) – One Large Outside 30- Watt Siren 120db (Dual Tone) that can be heard a half mile away. Add more to your Cabin Alarm Security System Kit if you like. Painfully Loud 140db Siren (B) – One Painfully Loud 140db Evacuation Siren for Inside that will send you running for the door. I've seen it drive mice out! (See Warnings and Precautions Below) Plenty of Cable and Wires (C) 50ft of 18 gage Cable w/Red and Black Wires 50ft of 18 gage Speaker Wire 75ft of 24 gage Speaker Wire Alarm Control Box (D) - Locking Control Box housing the Control Board which comes with the Battery Check Meter, Siren Timer, and two Keys. Switch and Key (E) – Switch w/Plate, Metal Electrical Box, and two Keys. Extra keys can be requested at a minimal cost. Magnetic Switches (F)- 3 Sets of Non-Contacting Magnetic Door / Window Switches with Mounting Screws and Shims. More switches can be purchased separately at a minimal cost. Instruction Booklet – Complete, easy to follow instructions with pictures and diagrams. Miscellaneous Items – Tie Wraps, Self-Adhesive Tie Wrap Mounts, Wire Nuts, In-Line Fuse and Holder, Siren and Alarm Mounting Screws. Additional Parts you’ll need to buy (the finer print of course) 12V Battery - You need to buy an All Purpose Lawn & Garden 12V DC Battery (minimum for system operation) or for better performance a 12V Deep Cycle Marine Battery. Battery Box – Most battery manufacturers recommend a small-ventilated Plastic or Wooden Box to hold the battery. Battery Connection Hardware – You’ll need hardware and wire terminals to connect the wiring and fuse to the battery terminals. Insulated Staples – These are required if you plan to run the wiring along your moldings and walls and can be purchased at most hardware stores. |

| The Cabin Alarm Security System Control Box comes with a Battery Check Feature. Simply press the Button marked “Battery Check” and the LED Indicator meter lights up according to your battery voltage. This helps you monitor the voltage level of your battery without having to haul a volt meter around. |
| The Cabin Alarm Security System can be set to operate from 1 to about 136 minutes Simply set one of the Timer Setting “DIP Switches" to the desired time setting. The alarm will stop at the desired time. A separate output can be used to power a strobe or other device until someone resets the Alarm. |
| Warnings and Precautions This is one powerful alarm system designed to protect property on it's own. Never leave children or pets inside the building when the alarm is set! This system uses very loud sirens to notify far off neighbors and to drive intruders out of the building. This system was designed to operate in remote, seasonal use properties ONLY. At your option you many exchange the 140db siren for a lower decibel siren if there are any safety concerns. |

However, as each installation is unique to its site and installer we could not possibly hope to provide the exact fasteners that you may require. After planning your installation you may need to buy different or additional fasteners to complete your installation. |
| Warranty: This product is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. We will, at our option, repair or replace any component with a new or refurbished component if it fails to meet this warranty. Sun Wind and Wire cannot accept responsibility for failures or damages due to circumstances beyond our control. |
